Return and Exchange Policy

At Bermuuda, every piece is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. We want every customer to receive their order in exceptional condition and enjoy their Bermuuda experience.
Return & Exchange Notification
Customers who wish to return or exchange an item must contact Bermuuda within 24 hours of receiving their order.
Any return or exchange request submitted after this 24-hour period will not be considered.
Customers may contact our Customer Service team using the email address or telephone number clearly provided on our website.
The request must include the order number and clearly indicate whether the customer is requesting a return or an exchange.
Customers must wait for confirmation and return instructions from Bermuuda before sending any item back.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and must be:
* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* Unaltered
* Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, or any other signs of use
* Accompanied by all original tags and accessories
* Returned in its original packaging, where applicable
Items may be carefully tried on solely to determine their size, fit, and appearance, in a manner comparable to trying on a garment in a physical store.
Any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, perfumed, or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may be refused for return or exchange, where permitted by applicable law.
Returns
Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, Bermuuda will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns resulting from a change of mind, size, fit, preference, or any other reason not caused by an error or defect on the part of Bermuuda, where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, Bermuuda may offer an alternative item or another appropriate resolution.
Any difference in price between the original item and the replacement item must be settled before the exchange is processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact Bermuuda as soon as possible and provide the order number together with clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
After reviewing the case, Bermuuda will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, where permitted by applicable law:
* Custom-made or personalized items
* Items specifically altered or embroidered according to the customer’s individual specifications
* Gift cards
* Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection
Additional exclusions may apply where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, Bermuuda will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Return Instructions
Customers should not send any item back without first receiving return instructions from Bermuuda.
A return address and any required shipping instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
Policy & Consumer Rights
Bermuuda reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a return or exchange.
This policy is intended to establish clear and consistent return and exchange procedures while respecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws governing the customer’s purchase.
