Order Processing
Every Bermuuda piece is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.
Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information whenever available.
Delivery Time
We partner with FedEx for international shipping services.
Delivery is generally completed within up to 7 business days from the date the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent flat-rate shipping to our available worldwide destinations.
The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
No additional destination-based shipping charges will be added after your order has been placed, unless expressly stated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Where a return is requested because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wishes to keep the item, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, where permitted by applicable law and where this has been communicated before purchase.
